Our Full Onboarding Process

Start your job search journey with a clear and streamlined process that’s built to deliver results. Here’s how we work with you from day one to get you interviews faster:

Step 1
Book a Free Consultation
We begin with a no-obligation call to understand your background, experience, and goals. This is your opportunity to share where you’re struggling in your job search, what kind of roles you're looking for, and any specific preferences you have. What to expect:
  1. A 15–30 min Zoom or phone call
  2. Discussion of your industry, experience, and target locations
  3. Realistic assessment of your job search potential
  4. Custom strategy based on your current situation
Step 2
Share Career Preferences
After our call, we send a short intake form that helps us fine-tune our strategy. This form covers your:
  1. Preferred job titles
  2. Industries or sectors
  3. Remote vs. onsite preferences
  4. Location targets
  5. Salary expectations (if applicable)
  6. Company types you’d like to work for
Once received, we start building your custom job search framework.
Step 3
Resume & LinkedIn Optimization
Now the real magic begins. We either revise your existing resume or create a new one entirely—designed to pass ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and attract recruiters. At the same time, we optimize your LinkedIn profile for keywords, clarity, and visibility. Included in this step:
  1. ATS-friendly resume formatting
  2. Enhanced headline, summary, skills, and work experience
  3. Keyword integration based on your target roles
  4. LinkedIn banner, headline, about section, skills & endorsements
  5. 1-week of profile activity to boost reach (posts, networking messages, connections)
Step 4
Daily Job Applications Begin
Once your documents are polished, we take over your job search. Every single day (excluding weekends and holidays), we apply to jobs on your behalf based on your preferences. What we do:
  • Search for relevant job postings across major job boards and company sites
  • Apply within 24 hours of job posting (to keep you among early applicants)
  • Tailor your resume slightly per role if needed
  • Fill out long job application forms so you don’t have to
  • Submit applications using a fresh, managed email account for clean tracking
Step 5
Receive Interview & Email Updates
We set up a new Gmail account (unless you prefer using your own), and forward any interview invitations, recruiter responses, or important messages to your primary email. We also notify you instantly via WhatsApp or preferred method if a response comes through. You’ll never miss:
  1. Interview invitations
  2. Recruiter follow-ups
  3. Assessment or test invites
  4. Deadlines for time-sensitive roles
Our goal is to make sure you’re always informed—and never overwhelmed.
Step 6
Weekly Progress Report & Strategy Check
At the end of each week, you’ll receive a full report summarizing your job applications, interviews received, recruiter engagements, and suggested strategies for the next week. Weekly snapshot includes:
  1. Number of jobs applied
  2. List of top opportunities submitted
  3. Responses or interviews scheduled
  4. Resume or strategy tweaks we suggest
  5. Optional 10–15 min strategy call if needed
This step keeps you involved and confident in the progress—even if we’re doing most of the heavy lifting.
